From Resilience to Growth: The Bichota Pros Journey
Bichota Pros LLC was born out of crisis—during the devastating 2020 Alameda fires, when we lost our homes and everything familiar. In the middle of that hardship, we found something else: the strength to rebuild—not just for ourselves, but for others in our community who were also struggling.
With deep roots in the cannabis industry and firsthand experience as working families, we saw two urgent needs: farms that lacked dependable labor, and workers who needed purpose, stability, and a paycheck they could count on. Bichota Pros was created to bridge that gap.
What began as a small effort to help local cannabis farms quickly grew into something greater. Today, we proudly provide reliable, professional labor to both cannabis operations and agricultural farms throughout the region—including those cultivating fruits, vegetables, and other specialty crops.
Whether it's cloning and trimming or planting and harvesting fresh produce, we show up with experience, dedication, and heart. At the core of everything we do is our mission to support hardworking individuals—especially those with families—just like the one we built this company for.
